		<description>Good points - I think #3 is the hardest for people to implement. In this digital age. I&#039;ve noticed that people age 35 and under seem to not understand the power and value of actually calling someone on the PHONE - yes speaking to someone is usually faster and more effective.
Even though I&#039;m not in the 35 and under range, I have to remind myself to pick up the phone from time to time to get things accomplished. When I do, I&#039;m always glad I did as I get more information and build stronger relationships via voice rather than email.</description>
